First sign-in and Face ID setup
  1. Use the email address associated with your practice invitation. Enter the newest six-digit code once, or open its sign-in link on this device.
  2. After signing in, open Settings, then Passkeys, and choose Add a passkey. Follow your device prompt to save it.
  3. Next time, choose Sign in with a passkey. On a supported iPhone or iPad, confirm with Face ID; other devices may use Touch ID, a fingerprint, a PIN or a security key.

A passkey must be saved before it can sign you in. Keep access to your email as a recovery option. If Passkeys is missing from Settings, contact support.
