OUR BAA COMMITMENT
Healthcare work deserves clear safeguards.
A Business Associate Agreement belongs in the conversation about your Elf, alongside the work it will do and the information it will handle.
Agree on the scope before patient data.
Before using Elf with protected health information (PHI), confirm the covered services, required safeguards, and signed Business Associate Agreements for your practice and the providers handling that information.
Creating an account or preparing an Elf brief does not establish BAA coverage. Keep patient information out until the applicable agreements and configuration are confirmed.
A BAA defines responsibilities. It works alongside technical and operational safeguards; it is not a blanket compliance certification.

Practice Elf brings agents and practice tools to clinicians, built on PPS experience. Our vision is to help each practice build and run its own systems. The current product brings a task board, a Weekly Brief, payer and deadline trackers, conversations with Elf, and saved document drafts into one place.
Is it for new or established practices?
Both. New practices can organize the steps toward opening. Established practices can keep track of renewals, vendors, payer follow-ups, and ongoing work. Onboarding asks which journey fits your practice.
How are Add an Elf and PPS assistance different?
We can provision an Elf for your practice today, with capabilities and connections agreed for your practice. PPS assistance is a separate professional service engagement with Physician Practice Specialists. Neither implies the other; prices and feature packages are still being finalized.
