PRACTICE ELF

Terms of service

Last updated September 15, 2026

These terms describe the conditions for using the Practice Elf website and workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Practice Elf for an organization, you must have authority to use its information and act within the access it grants you.

What Practice Elf provides

Practice Elf provides business and administrative tools for healthcare professionals, including planning, workspace records, and AI-assisted drafts. Available features depend on your workspace and configuration. Demonstrations, roadmaps, and descriptions of planned features are not commitments that those features are available in your account.

You retain control of your practice and responsibility for clinical decisions, professional obligations, and business decisions. Practice Elf is not an emergency service or a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

Accounts and authorized use

Keep account information accurate, protect your sign-in methods, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Tell us promptly at support@practiceelf.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace administrators manage membership and permissions for their organization.

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Do not submit patient-identifiable health information unless your organization has confirmed that the specific workflow is approved and the necessary agreements and safeguards are in place.

Your information and generated work

You retain your rights in the information and documents you submit. You authorize Practice Elf and the providers supporting it to process that information as needed to provide the features and services you request, as described in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to submit it.

AI-generated responses, documents, estimates, and reference information can be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs and verify sources, dates, calculations, and requirements before relying on them, sending them, or filing them. Generated content may not be unique. Forecasts and timelines are estimates, and results depend on your circumstances and third parties.

Integrations and professional services

Third-party sign-in and connected services are subject to their providers’ terms and availability. Connecting a service does not transfer responsibility for your professional decisions. Work performed by a service team, licensed professional, or other provider must be covered by the applicable scope and agreement.

Fees and separate agreements

Paid services, if ordered, are governed by the scope, fees, billing terms, and cancellation terms agreed for that order. These website terms do not set prices or promise a particular service package. A separate signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms for the services it covers. Send billing questions to billing@practiceelf.com.

Availability and ending access

Features may change, require maintenance, or become temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or particular clinical, credentialing, financial, or business outcomes. Access may be restricted to protect the service, respond to misuse, or comply with applicable agreements or law.

You can stop using the service and contact support about account closure or data requests. Ending access does not automatically delete shared organizational records or remove obligations under a separate service agreement. Keep copies of records you need for your own professional and business obligations.

Changes and questions

We will post updated terms here with a revised date. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to support@practiceelf.com.
