Practice Elf, in a few words.
Practice Elf is an agent and practice-workspace product from Physician Practice Specialists, built toward a future of practice-owned systems. Its brand promise is “Your practice. Your systems. Your Elves.” PPS brings 18 years of experience, 6,000 practices started, and more than 50,000 providers helped.
What the current product includes
Launch and established-practice journeys, a task board, a Weekly Brief, trackers, saved conversations, and text document drafts. Elf provisioning is available by arrangement; enabled capabilities depend on practice configuration.
What is being developed
A free self-directed workspace, coordinated agent fleets, practice-owned systems (potentially including an EHR), and broader memory, learning, and sovereignty controls are future direction. Add an Elf is a separate paid option with standard packages and prices still undecided. Current foundations and planned commitments are described separately. Structured planning deliverables, exports, in-product fee-schedule search, and coding compliance education are not announced as available.
